When you choose clarity and step out in truth on one area of your life, it spreads like wildfire into other areas as well. That’s what’s happened since I released episode 50, when I came clean about my thoughts on closet Christianity, reverence, and the direction I wanted to take the podcast. I also had the opportunity to get real in my relationships and how I showed up in my work.
So what happened? Was it worth it to me? In this episode, I get real about:
- How your relationships evolve when you act boldly and how mine did
- What shows up as the common issue holding people back from being brave and having bold confrontations
- What’s changed in my inner thoughts since episode 50
- An exercise from the “Recommit” section of the Envision Workshop
