Welcome to my scope and thanks to you all watching the rebroadcast!
I’m here to teach Practical Tech for the Un-Techy Mompreneur and also, all things Asana.
Today I’m going to share 3 PROVEN WAYS to very EASILY BOOST YOUR PRODUCTIVITY.
Stick with me until the end because the first two tips are totally unrelated to the last tip, which is the juiciest one!

So when you work from home, you’re dependent on yourself to stay productive. You have to be a self-starter, you have to motivate yourself. Otherwise, what happens? You get nothing done.
Also, with kids, toddlers, and infants at home, you’re pretty much reacting to your environment all day. Kids pulling at you and needing you. And you have to do that. It’s obviously more important that anything else.
So how do you boost your productivity?
Here’s what I do on my most productive days:
1. Drink loads of WATER
My best days are when I wake up and drink a whole cup of water. The easiest way to do this is to have it ready on your nightstand for when you wake up.
Then, I go straight to the bathroom and wash my face and brush my teeth. This instantly wakes me up.
I go to the kitchen and get some room temperature water, usually already in my tea kettle from the day before and squirt lemon in it. This gets my metabolism going and helps wake me up that much more.
I’m going to tell you one thing about coffee. I love coffee but I’m noticing that when I don’t drink it I’m MORE PRODUCTIVE.
When I researched it, I learned that what it does is, in laymen’s terms, is gives you a high and makes you crash.
Avoid coffee as much as you can or at least, drink it in moderation. I would suggest having no more than one cup a day.
2. Have Visual cues
Visual cues or reminders that you place all through your home to keep you motivated.
For example, the most encouraging Bible verse for me is Isaiah 41:10. Since I know that verse encourages me, I typed it out and a lovely font, printed it, framed it, and hung it right by my side of the bed. When I wake up or walk in my room, I always see it and I’m reminded to not be afraid.
Have visual cues all over your home or office that bring you strength and boost your productivity, even when you’re feeling down.
3. Always Have a Detailed Plan
On Sunday evening, I sit down with a planner, my brain dump list, and my project planning tool. If you’re curious to learn more about what I use, join my email list where I’ll teach you, in depth, how to create a plan that works, even as a work at home mom with toddlers.
As an added bonus, if you join my list, I’m going to show you exactly what you need to create an amazing plan that works, using my favorite application. I’m also going to teach you how to use it effectively. But don’t worry, if you’re not good with computers, I’m going to break it down in a way that you can understand.
To a productive week!
With love,
Iviana
